Why is the council pack free?
ALLWISE is a software platform that records and presents your assessment data. We don't verify the accuracy of the underlying compliance data — that's between you and the building professional you engage. The pack is a free, structured draft record to make your submission easier.
Why does the pack have a DRAFT watermark?
Two sections — the heating worksheet and the inspector statement — require independent verification by a qualified building professional before they can be submitted to a council. The DRAFT watermark makes it clear which parts need professional sign-off. Once a professional signs off, the watermark is no longer relevant — the signed copy is what gets submitted.
Who needs to sign off on the pack?
A qualified building professional — typically a registered building surveyor, licensed building practitioner, or heating engineer. They review the heating calculations and sign the inspector statement. ALLWISE does not provide this service.
Is the pack different from the Tribunal Evidence Pack?
Yes. The Council Submission Pack is formatted for local council compliance submissions (Healthy Homes Initiative). The Tribunal Evidence Pack is for Tenancy Tribunal proceedings (Tenancy Act) and is court-grade evidence. The Council pack is a draft; the Tribunal pack is court-defensible.
What if my council rejects the submission?
The pack is a recording of your assessment data in a structured format. If the council requires additional information or a re-inspection, you'll need to engage a building professional for that. ALLWISE doesn't provide inspection or remediation services.
